About the Studio
A small studio offering thoughtful, attentive and caring Pilates classes. A space where everyone is welcome.
Soul Pilates is suited to anyone of any age.
One-on-one and small classes available.
Class Size: 1
Private Pilates sessions are a great starting point for new clients. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Your instructor will ensure you move through a range of equipment safely and efficiently including cadillac, ladder barrel, wonder chair and reformer.
Please note an initial consultation is a prerequisite to starting private and semi private sessions.
Class Size: Max 6
Choose between Vinyasa or Yin Yoga. Vinyasa increases flexibility and builds up a little heat in the body by using continuous dynamic flowing movements.
Yin is slower with more supportive restorative movements. with longer passive holds to open the hips and release the lower back.
All levels welcome.
Class Size: Max 3
Your instructor will guide you through your individual full body program whilst addressing and specific issues if required.
Suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced clients using spring loaded resistance equipment.
Class Size: Max 6
Mat classes focus on a combination of core strength, flexibility, stamina and balance. Sessions cover the Pilates principles of breathing, concentration, control, precision, alignment and flow with movements that will subtly challenge your body and introduce a mindful body conditioning program.
Please wear comfortable and stretchy clothes that will allow you to move freely during your sessions.
For hygiene reasons, we ask you to wear socks. Pilates socks are available for sale at the studio.
